Increased Accuracy
A scale measures fluid for the supply bag through the inflow tubing, and a second scale monitors fluid returned through the outflow tubing. This eliminates deficit error of the supply bag progressing to empty and the pump wheel continuing to spin.
Flexible Bag Change
The instrument has the ability to add or remove bags without pausing the system.
Pause when Needed
A system pause function stops both inflow and suction pumps and locks the fluid deficit reading when a canister change is necessary, reducing inaccurate deficit readings due to canister changes.

Designed to Optimise MyoSure Procedures
- Easy to use user interface, once the system is connected and powered on.
- An integrated system with a fluid pump capable of 800 ml/min inflow.
- 2x integrated vacuum pumps: 1x for the under-buttock drape and scope outflow ( up to 125 mmHg of suction), 1x for the MyoSure system (up to 500 mmHg of suction).
- Automatic lumen calibration to optimise intrauterine pressure for achieving and maintaining distention and visualisation.
- Dual scale technology means there is a scale for the supply hooks, and a scale for the canisters for accurate deficit measurements.
